Reiko Moss is an ambitious Artist/Producer/Engineer with thought provoking and meaningful lyrics that detail love, real life, his life experiences as well as his hardships in life. His sound has a Trap-Soul vibe to it as he can switch between singing and rapping like Bryson Tiller or K-Camp. Both sentimental and aggressive, he makes music with the intention of motivating and inspiring his listeners to love, to live, to never give up on life and to not quit on their dreams.

 

In 2015, Reiko decided to go against the grain of his family’s beliefs and follow his love of expressing himself through music. He began by making beats and being a producer for fear of being judged for writing lyrics. He made beats and would sell some here and there but felt like he needed more education to learn both the music and business side. He then enrolled into Full Sail University in the bachelor’s degree program for Audio Production in 2017. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree in 2019 and went back for his master’s degree the same month for Entertainment Business. Reiko has gotten over the fear of putting his own voice out to the world and now writes, records, produces, engineers and markets his own music.

       

Reiko was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he lived most of his life, but also lived in McMinnville, Oregon to play football and attend college. He studied Psychology for 3 years until he decided to drop out in 2015 because he wasn’t fulfilled and happy with what he was doing. He then finished out his junior year and moved back home to find his true passion in life. He had always loved Rap and R&B music since a young boy and had dreams of being an artist, but never pursued music due to his father pushing him to play football while being an old-school man that believed college, sports or the military were the only reasonable means of making a living in life.
